2017 Crosby's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

2017 Crosby’s Reserve is a selection of fruit from Harmony School Vineyard in Coombsville, destemmed to French oak barrels and fermented in barrel for 56 days. We pressed entirely by hand in our old hand-crank press, and aged the wine 24 months in all new French oak. On the palate -- Sweet raspberry and cassis notes, with integrated vanilla and spice, cocoa and coffee. Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) and Merlot (10%).
