2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

This single vineyard selection of Harmony School Vineyard in Coombsville was destemmed to French oak barrels and fermented in stainless steel for eightteen days. After malolactic fermentation we aged the wine in one-third new French oak barrels for 24 months, and bottled the wine by hand at the winery. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

On the palate -- aromas of sweet raspberry and cassis emerge, with integrated vanilla and spice, cocoa and coffee on the palate. Five barrels, 138 cases produced.
