2021 Aisling Vineyard - Pinot Noir

The Aisling Vineyard Pinot Noir is a family-owned, old-vine, sustainably-farmed (non-certified) vineyard just outside the town of Sonoma. We destem the grapes to stainless steel and ferment on native yeasts for twelve days. The wine ages for twelve months in a small percentage of new French oak barrels, the rest neutral oak.  Enjoyable now, best between 2025-2027. This wine is bottled by hand at the winery, sustainably farmed (organic non-certified), and produced Carbon Neutral with carbon offset credits purchased through CoolEffect.org.
