We picked our Chardonnay by hand, at dawn. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and the juice fermented in all new French oak barrels for twenty-two months. Full bodied, with bright full tropical and vanilla on the nose, and fresh apple, pineapple, and an almost anise-seed like note.
